Why warming up before and cooling after exercising is important

Many people skip the warming up and cooling down before and post exercise to save time and get straight to the main workout.

However, this is not the right thing to do as warming up and cooling down are essential part of exercising.

They include light exercise moves and stretching to stretch your muscles and prepare your body before and after a workout so that it does not suffer from any injuries and regulates your breathing and heart rate and to prevent any muscle soreness aswell.
