Why you should never skip meals to lose weight

In a quest to lose weight fast, many people start to skip meals to save calories.

However, they don’t realise that skipping meals does more harm than good.

The following is a list of reasons why skipping meals is the worst way to try and lose weight:

  1. It slows down your metabolism, which means you will have to exercise harder to burn calories
  2. You end overeating, once you start to feel very hungry and hold on to that after a while when you do eat you end up eating too much without realising it
  3. Your body needs fuel to function, if you derive it of food then it will badly affect your mood and make you feel miserable
