Benefits of beta alanine

Beta-alanine is a nonessential amino acid not produced naturally in the body, so it has to be supplied to the body through food and supplements.

Amino acids are building block for proteins in the body. Beta-Alanine works on the muscle which is made up of amino acids to improve physical performance during high-intensity aerobic exercises.

It also helps to increase muscle bulk and decrease fat concentration in the body, improves strength and delays the onset of fatigue in the skeletal muscle.

Beta-alanine increases Carnosine concentration in the muscle too. Carnosine is a powerful body defence system against hydrogen ion build up in the body.
