Juventus coach Maurizio Sarri has said he is a better coach now after spending time in England as Chelsea coach.
Sarri had only one season at the helm of Chelsea, but won the Europa League and guided the club to qualifying for the Champions League.
This past season in the Premier League has made Sarri highly praise the English Championship.
“I think the experience in the Premier League has made me grow a lot. An extraordinary championship, for technical quality, but also for mentality, ”said Sarri.
“In one year in England, they never insulted us in an opposing stadium.”
“These stadiums, full of kids, are something I carry with me and would love to see them again in Italy.”
“Unfortunately, we are still far from responsible. They (the English players) have this special character ”, concluded the Italian coach.
