A good breakfast can contribute in your daily diet, to give you enough calories, some proteins, a quantity of carbohydrates, little fats and more vitamins and mineral substances. Many people doesn’t tolerate to many calories in their breakfast, but the ideal amount for breakfast would be 400-500 calories for women and 550-650 calories for men.
Ideal breakfast would be biological yogurt low in fats mixed with banana. Then orange juice accompanied by a slice of toasted black bread and honey.
Or try a glass of water, milk and two teaspoons of honey, and a teaspoon of raisins, and orange juice. And finally a piece of toasted black bread.
